Find candidates across Jobs
Find candidates by name (or email, where you may contact them), status or UMatch across every Job whose pipeline you can see, as the dashboard and header search do. `sortBy: umatch` ranks every scored match, best first, paged with `next`. Each result names its Job; filter one Job's candidates in depth with candidates.search.

Open a candidate's résumé POST
A short-lived link to the résumé file a candidate applied with, for a person to open. The link works for an hour; ask again for a fresh one. Read the résumé's content with candidates.review.
