Extend someone's access to a fixed share
Move when one recipient's access to a fixed Candidate Share ends to a later date. A share list's access ends with the list: change it with shares.update.

Share the candidates of a Job's share list again as a new list, with the same visibility: by default named '<name> (copy)', with the same recipients (except revoked ones), note and expiry. Each recipient gets an email invitation. Pass the list's `version` from shares.get: a list changed since is refused.
