Connect your mailbox
Connecting needs you in a browser, at Google's or Microsoft's consent screen: this returns the Invyte page (`handoffUrl`) where you connect it, signed in as yourself. Nothing changes until you finish there. Refused when the mailbox isn't offered to you, or another mailbox is connected (disconnect it first).

How many inbox groups you haven't read, and a `through` to mark them all read (inbox.markRead with `all: true`).
Disconnect your mailbox POST
Remove your Gmail or Outlook connection. Your candidate emails go from Invyte with replies to you; emails still waiting to go from the mailbox are not sent. Reconnecting needs the consent screen again.
