Some tools work before you sign in (finding jobs); the rest act on your own account after you approve the connection.

prepare_application | Review an application Prepare the exact application details for the candidate to review. Show every returned detail, then ask whether to Submit application, Review or change details, or Cancel. Use an ask-user-question tool or another built-in question interface when available; otherwise ask in the conversation.
