Paid operations
Calls that spend vendor credit, how they are marked, and how to allow them on a key.
A few operations pay an outside provider on every call, such as finding a contact's email or running External
discovery for sourcing. They are marked paid in GET /operations ("paid": true) and in this reference.
- People see a review before a paid call runs, through confirmations.
- API keys can't call paid operations unless an admin ticks Allow paid operations on the key.
- A paid call repeated with the same
Idempotency-Keyreturns the first result and doesn't pay again.
Today's paid operations include sourcing.start, outreach.draft, outreach.personalLines, contacts.findEmail and
workflows.generateAgentPrompt. The listing is always the source of truth.
