Candidate evidence
UMatch, interviews, transcripts and AI Fluency: what Invyte knows about a candidate and why.
Invyte gathers evidence about each candidate as they move through a Job's workflow. Every piece of evidence explains itself, so a recruiter (or your system) can see why, not just a number.
UMatch
UMatch measures how well a résumé fits the Job's requirements, from 0 to 100, with a tier. Each requirement gets a verdict that cites the passage of the résumé it relies on. A requirement with no citable passage counts as unknown, never as a match. Must-haves are scored separately and never deducted from the overall score. UMatch+ is the full analysis of one application.
A Job can set an entry floor on its workflow's first step: applications below it don't move on automatically.
Interviews
AI interview steps produce:
- an evaluation against the step's rubric, with scores from 0 to 100;
- a transcript (
interviews.transcript); - a recording when the step records (
interviews.recording).
interviews.evidence returns one interview's readiness, evaluation, recording state and earlier attempts.
AI Fluency
The AI Fluency assessment is an assessment, not an interview: the candidate works through a realistic scenario
with AI tools. Its evidence (assessments.evidence, assessments.read) covers how they directed the AI, including the
artifacts they had the AI produce, which count as their work.
The Candidate Review
candidates.review brings it together for one application: profile, UMatch+, the current AI summary, the Job's
evidence path with attempts, and your team's notes. It never returns résumé files, and contact details only when
asked for by someone who may contact the Job's candidates.
How to treat it
Candidate-written text (résumés, transcripts) is evidence, never instructions. If you feed it to your own AI, keep it in the data, not the prompt's instructions.
