Introduction
What Invyte is, the recruiter and candidate sides, and the two ways in: MCP and the API.
Invyte runs hiring end to end: Jobs with AI interview workflows, a pipeline your team reviews, a Talent Hub of people you already know, and Autopilot to keep candidates moving. Everything a recruiter can do in the app is also an operation you can call from outside it.
Two ways in
MCP for AI clients
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or OpenCode. You sign in with your Invyte account; the client acts as you, with exactly your permissions.
The API for your systems
Create an API key with a role and call operations over HTTPS from your own code, scripts and integrations.
Both reach the same operations, with the same checks. A tool in your AI client and an API call with the same name do the same thing, so anything you learn on one side applies to the other.
Recruiters and candidates
- Recruiters use the Recruiter MCP or the API. Every call acts in one organization and sees only what your role (or the key's role) reaches.
- Candidates use the Candidate MCP to check their profile, applications and assessments from their own assistant.
